As the newest drug, “Pink Out,” begins to sweep its way through the nation, Seol Choong-won, the ace of the Narcotics Division, is sent to investigate. Ever the overachieving employee, he somehow manages to bust a club that is dealing the drug to hopeful buyers. However, while making the arrests of the dealers, Choong-won impulsively decides to bring one of the members of the organization – Baek Young – to his home. High from the drugs flowing through his system, Young gets treated, tested, and given a place to stay, under the condition that he comes clean about everything he knows about the organization to Choong-won. But getting Young to talk isn’t so easy; the test results come out negative, and Choong-won is left with more questions than answers. What led Young to join the organization distributing Pink Out? And is he an accomplice…or a victim?
