In order to invite his favorite idol to the school festival, Kazunari becomes a member of the executive committee. There he meets Wataru, the younger brother of the girl he had his first crush on and who inspired him to become an idol fan. When they first meet Wataru, a former victim of bullying who has now become a popular guy with a happy life, Kazunari identifies him as his worst enemy. But for some reason, Wataru grows attached to Kazunari, and he gradually finds himself invading Kazunari's territory. With his ambitions unfulfilled and surrounded by a group of happy, carefree people he doesn't get along with, Kazunari tends to skip committee work, but when he sees Wataru's unexpectedly hardworking nature!?
