Support magic that boosts people’s abilities or equipment performance—or conversely weakens them.
However, most of these spells can be substituted with items, making them extremely inefficient, and thus they were scornfully called “babysitting magic.”

Thor, once a member of a Hero’s Party, was now just an ordinary teacher at Velen Magic University, instructing in these unpopular support spells. One day, after saving his devoted student Reina, he ends up getting fired from the university.

With no prospects for reemployment, Thor follows Reina’s suggestion and heads to the imperial capital of the neighboring Neuschtaad Empire. There, Princess Elena hires him as a Court Magician.

“I don’t have the ability to serve as a Court Magician.”
Thor underestimates himself, but in truth, his support magic is special. Moreover, his former students—including Reina—have each achieved great deeds across the land.
